A Day in the Life:
Candidate should be detail-oriented and proactive Collections Analyst to manage the timely collection of outstanding customer invoices. This role will focus solely on following up with customers, resolving invoice-related issues, and ensuring payments are received in accordance with agreed terms.
What You'll Be Doing:
• Monitor and manage accounts receivable portfolio for assigned customers
• Initiate contact with customers via email or phone to follow up on unpaid invoices• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, disputes, and billing issues
• Maintain accurate records of collection activity and customer communications
• Escalate chronic non-payment or disputed cases to the Collections Manager
• Coordinate with internal teams (billing, sales, customer service) to resolve issues delaying payment
• Prepare aging reports and assist with cash flow forecasting
• Ensure compliance with company credit policies and collection procedures
Skills/Experience Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field.• Advanced in both written and verbal English. Knowledge of any other foreign language(s)
would be an advantage.
• Advanced skills using Microsoft Excel.
• Lean sigma certification preferred.
• AR experience in collections and/or dispute management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., SAP) and MS Excel
• High level of attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience with SAP and FSCM dispute module is desirable.
