Job Summary and Qualifications The Colleague Experience & Assessment Manager provides support to leadership at the facility, division and group levels in promoting a positive colleague experience by acting as a reliable and trusted consultant on a wide range of engagement and retention tactics. This person will focus primarily on our colleague experience surveys and strategy, as well as enterprise selection and development assessments. This role sits on a larger colleague experience team, who is responsible for engagement & retention tactics across the colleague lifecycle. The Colleague Experience Team supports our business objectives by assessing gaps in employee practices and experiences, engaging and influencing our leaders, supporting leaders in the implementation of best practices, and monitoring effectiveness of their work through key metrics. This position requires strong executive presence, consulting and interpersonal skills to successfully partner with various stakeholders across the organization, including senior executives. **What you will do in this role:** + Work with Director, Colleague Experience & Assessments and VP, L&OD to develop and maintain a strategy to assess current state of colleague experience across a colleague’s lifecycle with HCA Healthcare. + Execute the administration, analysis, and reporting of employee experience and lifecycle surveys. + Analyze organizational data to uncover insights to drive colleague experience. + Oversee vendor selection, interpretation of results, and training around selection and development assessments for hiring and promotion purposes. + Use insights gathered from time in the field to consult on colleague survey design. + Engage with peers to collaboratively define and advance organizational strategies. + Observe, gather data, and ask questions to uncover strategies/best practices to elevate the colleague experience. + Assess and identify learning and development needs and solutions for engagement and retention (E&R) strategies. + Engage L&OD colleagues as needed to build the field’s leadership capabilities that support E&R objectives. + Influence and engage leaders and other key stakeholders to actively participate in E&R activities. + Advise local leadership on successful implementation and hardwiring of best practices for E&R. + Identify and implement support systems to ensure that knowledge and skills are embedded (including creation of deliverables such as presentations, infographics, training materials, handbooks, job aids, emails, newsletters, etc.) + Provide guidance and consultation on colleague experience results. + Manage content for our internal Engagement & Retention website. + Relationship orientation - establishes and maintains long-term relationships, building trust and respect by consistently meeting and exceeding expectations **What qualifications you will need:** + Bachelor's Degree Required + Master's degree in industrial organizational psychology Preferred + 3+ years of relevant work experience required + Project Management and/or Change Management Experience Preferred + Training Experience Preferred/ Intermittent Required Human Resources Group empowers our people to grow and give purpose to the HCA Healthcare culture.
