To be successful as a Colleague Engagement Analyst you should have experience with:
Strong written and verbal communication skill – being able to write effective communications across a number of channels to help communicate key messages to internal employees. Ability to tailor comms to suit the audience and context.Planning and organisational skill – being comfortable being reactive (urgent messages) as well as planned campaign work.Analytical – being comfortable analysing various forms of data to make recommendations.This is as part of the BX India Colleague Engagement Team.Some other highly valued skills may include:
