Job Description

U.S. Bank Corporate Trust Collateralized Loan Obligation team is hiring for a Loan Notice Identifier. This individual will be collaborating with team members as well as own daily tasks.

Some responsibilities included but not limited too:

Ensure all loan notices are received and processed into the Collateralized Loan Obligation (CLO) systems.

Completes daily processing of loan notices.

Responds to daily inquiries from internal clients.

Handles small projects as assigned.

Maintains daily reports and secondary reviews of notices assigned into the Webfax database.

Runs and prepares daily reports.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm CST

Location: Hybrid 3 days in office at Saint Paul or Chicago

Basic Qualifications

High school diploma, or Technical, Trade or Business School certificate, or equivalent work experience

Typically at least one year of relevant work experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

Ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently and meet established deadlines in a dynamic work environment

Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills

Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and interpret data

Effective interpersonal and customer relation skills

Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications

Location Expectations

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. Pay Range: $21.25 - $28.32
