Responsibilities:
User Support
Meet with users on ad hoc and scheduled basisHelp users solve business problems with productivity tools and show them how to resolve issues using them.Consult with users about using collaboration tools such as Zoom, BOX, M365, Monday.com etc. Help them understand the features and limitations for use at NissanAmericas M365 Resource Center (SharePoint Online)
Overall site management, including planning needed updatesCreate support resource documentation, articles, and videos for SharePoint Online, Teams, M365 resources, Zoom, Box, etc.Coordinate efforts to have resources translated to multiple languages and create Chatbot references.Creation and manipulation of graphics where neededLicense Administration of SAS tools such as:
Box Administrator and License ManagerMicrosoft 365Monday.comWIN (Intranet Portal – Custom SP2013)
Management of regional pages and associated Permission groups (Region wide)Global WIN Search analysis and coordinate search updates with Global ISMisc. Site Administration
AWS site administration as neededAdministration of SP2013 and SP Online sites owned by the team.Project Management
Acting PM/BA where needed within the team’s various projectsDocument requirements and user documentationMinimum Qualifications

E.g., M365 Suite, Teams, Zoom, BoxBasic Project Management and Business Analyst skillsOutstanding communications skills, both written and verbal, with users that are both technical and non-technical in a culturally diverse environment, including leadershipAble to coach and teach users about Nissan’s set of user productivity toolsExperience:
5 years of experience in SharePoint administration and site developmentPreferred Computer Languages: o HTML o CSS o JSON o MS Power FX (Power Apps)Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalentComputer Skills:
