You will be responsible for overseeing cold storage operations during 3rd shift but hours are flexible and will be discussed with upper management. Responsibilities: + Lead and manage cold storage warehouse staff, including training, task delegation, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution. + Collaborate with EHS and Food Safety/Quality teams to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards. + Oversee sanitation procedures to maintain cold storage quality and cleanliness. + Ensure team members are properly trained on warehouse equipment (e.g., hand trucks, clamp trucks). + Manage inventory organization and rotation, ensuring FIFO standards are followed. + Monitor and coordinate inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels. + Work cross-functionally with Production and Logistics teams to streamline product corrugation, shipment, and customer deliveries.
