Job Summary (Essential Job Duties Only): 

Product must be properly counted. Stacked and placed on good wood

Responsible for ensuring no damaged product is on pallet

Order Selector will be held accountable for the accuracy and quality of the load

All other duties as assigned by Supervisor

This position requires the operation of a stand-up forklift.

Requires the ability to operate the forklift in a safe and compliant manner abiding by safety policy.

Operator is expected to operate the forklift up to 90% of the 12-hour shift

Special Skills Required: 

Must be willing to tolerate continuous physical labor in a cold (-10 degrees F), humid environment (9-11 hours per day).

Must be willing to lift up to 50 pounds to stack pallets on a continual basis (9-11 hours per day).

Must be willing to perform proper lifting techniques, including continually bending at the knees to lift with the legs and pivoting to avoid twisting (9-11 hours per day).

Must be willing to work quickly and efficiently (9-11 hours per day).

Must be willing to walk a great deal manually (9-11 hours per day).

Requirements:

**Experience must be listed on application to be considered for position**

Must have 6 months of forklift and warehouse experience with a single employer in last the 5 years.

Stand up forklift and Cold storage Warehousing experience preferred.

Starting Pay rate: $25.55/hr

Night Shift Premium: $0.90 Cents/hr

Currently Hiring D shift only:

**Shift availability is determined by the business need at the time of offer**

D shift:

Wednesday - 1:00 AM to 7:15 AM

Thursday, Friday, & Saturday - 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM

*This location is not considering prior Tyson Team members at this time.
