Design and devise quick solutions for small to complex business challenges, using Cognos.Comfortable building sustainable yet tactical solutions in spite of lack of enterprise solutions with while working with technology for “end state” solutionsMaintain existing home grown tools.

Business:

Knowledge/ prior experience of Health Insurance preferred with demonstrated experience in driving /MIS and improvements while working directly with internal and external customersAbility to develop quick solutions and support existing in house tool sets  Ability to communicate clearly to stakeholders and manage expectations both for customers and team members

Cross Functional:

Knowledge/ prior experience of cognos, Health Insurance.Senior leadership communication skills.Adaptability, multitasking without impacting quality, ability to handle pressure, changing priorities.

Tools:

Expert in Cognos – 10+ years  Expert in advanced Excel Macro / Access and other MS office suites – 5+ yearsExpert in SharePoint or other collaboration tools – 5+ yearsExpert in SQL: 5+ years

Education: Bachelors with 3 to 5 years of work experience or Masters with total 2 years of work experience.
