Be one of our change-makers and join the success story: we are looking for a **Cognizant Moment Market Lead UK&I** **Location: Greater London Area** The Role & Responsibilities The UKI Market Lead has four primary areas of responsibility: • Generate demand. You’ll work with existing account teams to understand trends and leverage them for clients. You’ll create sales plans, manage a pipeline and work with the client to solidify the problem statement. • Create compelling solutions. You will assemble and lead pursuit teams with the specific skills need to help clients solve the specific problem statement. You’ll be accountable for the story, the structure of the deal, and pricing. • Be an ongoing trusted advisor. You’ll actively seek and help your team to establish relationships with clients who focus on growth (typically sales, marketing, product, and business division leaders). You will be accountable for client satisfaction and proactively generate thought leadership that deepens relationships. You will stay engaged with senior clients at our key accounts where they will rely on you for strategy, direction and overall account performance. • Collaborate across Cognizant. You’ll be the point person to assemble skills –within Cognizant Moment and across the organization – to respond to client needs. You’ll work closely with internal account teams to plan and manage existing clients. You’ll work with Consulting and other Service Lines to ensure the best people are working toward an ideal solution. Who you are • You have a passion for achieving growth for our clients by building deep external and internal relationships to understand client business challenges. Then you can orchestrate experience or marketing solutions with our wider team of experts. You are comfortable taking client relationship accountability for the full length of the engagement from early stages, through solutioning and as it is delivered by our competency experts. • Crucially, you know what great experiences and marketing look like now and have a desire to shape the standout experiences of the future. • You have a history of selling, solutioning, storytelling, and client service in complex client organisations. You are comfortable leading a team of client service executives, managing books of business, and serving as a strategic advisor for the long haul. • You will also have strong experience managing teams, and building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders – both clients and internal. • You may have come from a large agency or digital consultancy, where you were a client partner or growth leader for one or more large accounts or you served in a sales or solutioning role. Experience across multiple verticals is desired. What you’ll need: • Strategic problem solving. Ability to understand complex business challenges and requirements from the customer’s perspective and translate them into experience and marketing solutions that generate growth. • Commercial and market expertise. Invested in understanding business, commercial models and market developments. Ability to analyze sales opportunities and qualify leads and opportunities. Need expertise in creating and collaborating on sales plans. • Experience Expertise. A broad understanding of the range of capabilities a modern experience and marketing business has as well as deep expertise in some of these specific capabilities (but not all). • Executive Presence. Effective executive communication skills to clearly articulate solution vision and demonstrate solutions in a simple but compelling way. You’ll also need to be able to create your own compelling presentations from time to time. • Relationship management. Outstanding interpersonal abilities; skilled in managing relationships with customers, as well as internal sales teams, market teams and other practice experts. • A positive spirit. You’ll be an ambassador for Cognizant Moment and Cognizant so need a positive, generous and inclusive spirit that can empathise with the whole spectrum of clients, capabilities and cultures we work across. • People management. Demonstrated experience leading growth teams, and multi-skilled teams in account and pursuit missions • Travel. Whilst a lot of our work is conducted remotely, you’ll need willingness to travel to be in front of clients (and colleagues) on a regular basis. You’ll need to lead by example here and demonstrate to everyone what good client management looks like.
