Job DescriptionWe are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Coffee Barista to join our team. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for all guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages to company standards.
Operate coffee machines and equipment (espresso machine, grinders, brewers, etc.) safely and efficiently.
Take customer orders, handle payments, and provide friendly, prompt service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and surrounding area.
Monitor inventory levels of coffee supplies and restock as necessary.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Educate customers on coffee options and make recommendations based on preferences.
Support colleagues during busy periods, including assisting with food preparation or serving if required.
Report any equipment issues or maintenance needs to the supervisor.
Uphold the brand’s image and values by maintaining a professional appearance and attitude.
