Job DescriptionIdentify business opportunities at customers and develop new business for overseas marketEstablish relationship network with target customer in all related departmentsTechnical communication and coordination w/ customer & PS overseas teamAnalyze customer requirement regarding commercial and technical conditions for customer projectsIdentify measures to maintain customer satisfaction AuthorityPromote Bosch Innovations at Customer and align road map implementation with the customer, driving/pushing/executing advanced studiesOrganize and perform sales tasks self-dependent according to the project requirements and salesProject management for project running to series, e.g. planning, review, maintenance, in close collaboration with RB overseas entitiesTechnical requirement management, customer requirements deployment and analysis (RE) and solution proposalSupport the pilot projects acquisition and project management to overall project managers.Interface to the customer; manage interface between customer and project teamResponsible for achievement of the PM KPI’s (CPC completeness and consistency, OTD, EBIT)Responsible for achievement of project targets and KPIs (on time, on spec, on quality, on budget/ profit, customer satisfaction)Besides, he/she as window person between PS overseas engineering and customer engineering, needs to facility relevant topic communications.

Master’s degree in vehicle engineering or fuel cell relatedFluent in English

Job relevant Knowledge and Experience

Deep understanding and experience in powertrain systemsProduct related project management or system development experienceFamiliar with RB product development processGood at communication and coordination internal and externalAccountable, positive, trusted; willing to learn and adapting to dynamic environment; result oriented.
