The role can be based out of Bristol or Gosport, UK. There will be opportunity for some virtual or hybrid working depending on business needs. This role will have the opportunity to work within a team which spans both current in-work and new contracts within a fun and challenging business growth environment with offices in multiple sites across the UK.
The individual will have the opportunity to work on cross functional teams for both daily work as well as special projects, interacting and collaborating with other functions/teams such as Programme Management, Engineering, Supply Chain as well as interactions with other elements of the UK&I Finance & Commercial team such as Accounting and Financial Planning & Analysis.

Position Responsibilities:
Team lead for 5-10 financial analysts within the wider Financial Analysis team that forms a key part of the BDUK Finance teamSupport the Financial Analysis CoE manager in driving standardisation of key financial reporting on a monthly/quarterly basis into the three Business Units of BDUKCoordinate standard required input to the Business Unit EAC quarterly/annual submittalsBuild strong relationships into the broader US Financial Analysis CoE to inculcate best practice and standardisation of processWork closely with the BDUK Improvements team and deliver change projects through the teamPreferred Qualifications
Holds a professional finance qualification (eg CIMA/ACCA/ACA) or be within final stages of obtaining qualification statusHave held a role in finance post further education with 5+ years experiencePrior experience in a financial analyst role supporting a long term programmes requiring Estimate at Complete (EAC) compilation, regular programme reporting etcBe familiar with the fundamental requirements of Qualifying Defence Contracts (QDC) reporting requirementsProficient in key tools required to analyse and communicate financial data (eg Excel/Powerpoint etc)The Boeing benefits package goes above and beyond, focusing on your physical, emotional, financial and social well-being.
