Where You’ll Make a Difference

Lead the implementation of internal control frameworks across procurement functions in alignment with IFF’s global policies and SOX compliance requirements.

Conduct risk assessments and identify control gaps in procurement, vendor management, contract lifecycle, and payment processes.

Collaborate with global and regional procurement teams to ensure adherence to internal policies, ethical sourcing standards, and regulatory requirements.

Monitor procurement transactions and approvals to detect anomalies, prevent fraud, and ensure transparency.

Support internal and external audits, including documentation, walkthroughs, and remediation of findings.

Drive automation and digitalization of procurement controls using IFF’s ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Coupa, Zycus).

Provide training and guidance to procurement teams on internal control best practices and compliance expectations.

Develop and report on procurement control KPIs and dashboards for senior leadership.

Champion a culture of accountability, sustainability, and continuous improvement within procurement operations.

What Makes You the Right Fit

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Business Administration, or any other relevant discipline.

Minimum 7-8 years of experience in procurement, internal controls, or audit, preferably within a multinational, manufacturing, or life sciences organization.

Strong understanding of global procurement practices, third-party risk management, and ethical sourcing, especially in regulated environments.

Familiarity with IFF’s ERP ecosystem, including SAP S/4HANA, Zycus, and Coupa, and experience in leveraging these platforms for control automation.

Excellent knowledge of sustainability and procurement controls, aligning with IFF’s commitment to responsible sourcing and environmental stewardship.

Strong analytical and investigative skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable insights.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and educate non-financial stakeholders on control requirements.

Flexible to work in shift timings to support multiple regions.

How Would You Stand Out?

Advanced degree (MBA, MS) preferred.

Experience working with SOX compliance, COSO framework, and enterprise risk management (ERM).

Leadership experience of 1-2 years is preferred.
