The Coordinator is primarily responsible for providing data and reports in support of the Coding and Compliance Department. Compile billing and revenue data from internal systems upon request for the Coding Compliance team to review and analyze. Prepare data summaries for Leadership and other departments including the Executive leadership team.

Responsibilities Run reports, compile data based on the requester’s requirements.Manage and produce daily/weekly/monthly standard reporting/tracking logs as established by managementSummarize and format findings and results for leadershipPrepare data findings to executive leadership in presentation formatResearch coding and fee schedule changesResearch clinician payment data from billing system Qualifications Education Level: High School Diploma or GEDAssociate degree from an accredited college preferredExperience in lieu of required education is acceptableCustomarily has at least two years of proven experience in a coding and billing healthcare setting.Experience with database reporting using industry standard tools and databases, (i.e., Sequel, SAS, Crystal Reports, and Excel)Intermediate to advanced Microsoft experience primarily in Excel

This position is eligible to earn a base compensation rate in the range of $24.47  to $28.00  hourly depending on job-related factors as permitted by applicable law, such as level of experience, geographic location where the work is performed, and/or seniority.
