Classification: Part Time

Shift: Various – must be available to weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Pay Rate: The pay rate for this role is $14.00 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.

A Cocktail Server is responsible for serving beverages and/or food to guests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

\n

As a Cocktail Server, you would be responsible for serving beverages and/or food to guests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

\n\nRespond to guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.\nEnsure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials.\nTake guest beverage and/or food orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system.\nRetrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner.\nReplenish beverages and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service.\nServe alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations.\nEnsure serving station is always well-stocked.\n
