Delaware North Gaming is hiring a part-time Cocktail Server to join our team at Finger Lakes Gaming in Farmington, New York. As a Cocktail Server, you will use your knowledge of wines, beers, and cocktails to serve a variety of drinks to guests while providing excellent service in every interaction.

What will you do?Greet guests, communicate drink specials, answer questions about available beverages, and take beverage ordersServe alcoholic beverages responsibly, request identification, adhere to all unit and company alcohol service policies and proceduresEnter drink orders into the point-of-sale system; pick up drink orders and deliver them to guestsObserve and follow up with guests, ready to provide additional servicePrepare and deliver the guest checks; accept and process payment or direct guests to the cashier
