Job DescriptionTHE ROLE


This critical leadership role will be focused on driving partner-based credit card growth across our enterprise. This executive will manage one of U.S. Bank’s largest partner relationships, while also leading the entry for the enterprise into an exciting new card space.

This leader will work directly with partners to develop and execute strategic plans, create world-class customer service experiences, ensure seamless partner integrations, lead executive-level discussions, and coordinate all internal and external activities associated with managing the portfolio.

The position will manage an existing high-performing team dedicated to one of our largest clients, while also building and leading the internal resources required for our new strategic segment. This role will also play a key leadership role in overseeing two large technology platform migrations.

Lastly, the executive will continually monitor the effectiveness of our products, service delivery, and customer experiences—driving internal and external changes to ensure world-class positioning in the card industry. This leader will be responsible for continued growth and profitability across payments for consumer and small business.

15+ years of Payments and Banking experience

Ideally gained in increasingly larger roles with direct experience with both consumers and partners. A strong track record of positive outcomes in B-to-B-to-C relationships is a must.

Strong academics

Bachelor’s degree or comparable academic training is required. MBA or higher desirable.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $193,035.00 - $227,100.00 - $249,810.00
