Job Description:
As the CoBrand Acquisitions Program Manager at Southwest Airlines, you’ll lead a high-impact, high-visibility program that powers a multi-billion-dollar credit card portfolio. This role is all about driving growth, including spearheading new account acquisitions through strategic marketing campaigns, digital innovation, and customer experience enhancements. You’ll oversee the full acquisitions roadmap, from ideation to in-market launch, partnering closely with internal Teams across Digital, Technology, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Go-To-Market, as well as our external partner, Chase. You’ll guide capacity planning and trade-offs, ensure business needs are translated into technical requirements, support testing and quality control, and uphold contractual obligations with stakeholders. You’ll also generate and communicate financial estimates, and regularly deliver performance reporting to Senior Leadership. Competitive market salary from $100,700.00 - $111,900.00 per year* depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and awarded at the discretion of the company.Benefits you’ll love
