House Of is a student-run fashion boutique located on Belmont’s campus. Started in 2016, the store offers curated clothing and features local Nashville brands and artists. Store associates will work within an area of emphasis (finance, marketing, design, inventory, management, events, etc.) to cultivate the store’s success.

Students will be assigned to a core team — Inventory, Marketing, Customer Experience, or Finance — and take ownership of key aspects of running the store under mentorship and guidance.

Manage inventory levels, vendor communication, and product restocking. Coordinate marketing efforts including social media, promotions, and store branding. Deliver excellent customer experience through hospitality and product storytelling. Track sales data and assist with financial reporting and performance analysis. Support daily store operations including opening, closing, and in-store setup. Assist with administrative tasks, event prep, and communication as needed.
