You'll have...

Bachelors Degree in materials science, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, ceramic engineering or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.

Three years of roll to roll coating process development experience with slot-die, reverse comma or other related coating methods for high-speed battery electrode production

Strong interpersonal skills and experience working with team members to overcome technical challenges.

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Even better, you may have...

Masters or Doctorate Degree in materials science, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, ceramic engineering or a related fields.

5+ years of experience in advanced roll to roll coating process development

Advanced knowledge of colloidal suspension, rheology and analytical characterization

Previous experience working in a major high-volume battery cell supplier and/or automotive OEM or Tier I supplier in a research, production, or development role involving energy storage

You may not check every box, or your experience may look a little different from what we've outlined, but if you think you can bring value to Ford Motor Company, we encourage you to apply!
