Job Description:

You will be operating a coating machine to coat jumbo rolls of film and labels. Working to achieve weekly, monthly and annual output targets. The shifts are 12 hours on night shift 6pm to 6 am on a 2-2-3 schedule.

Responsibilities:

Operate a coating machine and produce the correctly coated ink ribbon. Load new rolls onto machine Measuring and mixing chemicalsRoll exchanges, roll cleaning, doctor blade exchanges, threading, filter changes, parts cleaning and material handling. Charge ink raw materials and organic solvents into an ink production device in a measured & controlled manner tAssist where possible, making sure activities are scheduled and completed in a timely manner. Investigate and analyze causes for defective product or production inefficacies.Perform other assigned tasks as directed.

Education: High School
