Job Description A government client is seeking a Microsoft AI/Power Platform Developer to design and build intelligent conversational agents using Copilot Studio and the broader Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem, including Azure. This Power Platform and Copilot/Azure AI Developer will build sophisticated chatbots that integrate Teams, SharePoint, Microsoft 365 services, and external systems to enhance productivity for users and customers. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Copilot Studio's canvas interface, natural language processing capabilities, and can configure complex dialog flows with branching logic. You should be comfortable integrating chatbots with external APIs, databases, and third-party services through Power Automate and custom connectors. Knowledge of Azure AI services is also preferred. Experience with Power Platform governance, security best practices, and deployment strategies across development and production environments is required. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues are crucial for success in this role. This role will provide experience deploying solutions and working within Power Platform environments as well as Azure DevOps. Skills and Requirements • 5+ years of MS Power platform development, Power apps workflows, and general MS 365 experience • 1+ year of Copilot Studio experience for creating chat-driven interfaces • 1+ years of experience building agents within and outside of sharepoint • 1+ years experience integrating chatbots with external services • Experience working with non-MS LLM’s like gemini, Claude, and Chat GPT • MS Azure experience • Microsoft certifications including PL-900, AI-900, AI-102, MS-900
