WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

\n

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

\n\nTo maximise the performance of the operation by directly impacting the daily, weekly and monthly activities; providing leadership, motivation, training and development of the workforce, executing against customer requirements and operational performance\nEnsure site complies with Health and Safety plus Food Hygiene standards, promote and reinforce best practice.\nTo keep Co-Pack lines running to maximum capacity to hit KPI's\nAssist on line as to cover any breaks to keep lines running\nLiaise with FLM's, Shift Managers and the Operational personnel to ensure all information is communicated.\nChallenge members of team under performing and not following run rate Targets in Zone\nPrepare set up of stock and replenishment of stock - Liaising with FLM's, Admin and Stock and warehouse team for movements.\nUnderstand deployment of staff members per line and the customer product, ensuring that staff are rotated on the line throughout shift \n\n

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

\n\nCo-Pack or packaging line/machinery experience is essential\nFood Hygiene/Manufacturing experience would be advantageous\nPrevious practical experience within a logistics environment or similar role and be familiar with all Manual Handling Procedures is essential.\nExcellent organisational skills with the ability to work independantly without direct supervision\nAbility to manage a team (up to 16 staff members)\nAble to work and deliver results within a pressured environment\nCoaching and active listening skills\nVarious MHE licenses is an advantage (PPT, Reach Forklift)\n\n
