Overview The Control & Reporting Analyst will be a key member of the Sector Reporting COE and will report directly to Sector Control & Reporting Manager. The individual will be primarily responsible for ANZ HFM reporting and will be managing the submission of HFM results to Sector / Corporate reporting team. The role is location free, and the candidate should be based in one of these locations with PEP offices: Egypt, India, Pakistan. No relocation will be available for this role. Responsibilities Managing HFM reporting as per timeline of Sector HFM reporting team Managing submission of monthly FAS 109 related deliverables Reconciling SAP and HFM accounts and documenting reason for any variances Preparation and review of financial results variance analysis and co-ordinate with cross functional BU teams to gather information Play the role of point of contact for the non-HFM users, whether in Control or FP&A or other functions Support in preparation of the quarterly and annual reporting requirements (e.g., Lease disclosure, Tax package to the US, annual Fixed Assets Reports…etc.) Preparation of monthly Dashboard, Monthly Flash, and other management review files Conducting monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) review and debrief sessions with the key stakeholders Partner with Business process Owner (BPO) and Control Owner (CO) in Global Control standard (GCS) and Fraud risk assessment, monitoring self-testing and remediation of failures. Lead the preparation of Statutory financials including disclosures as per local GAAP Lead the process of preparation and presentation of BSR (Balance sheet reviews) to controllers and finance leads Co-ordinate with Sector corporate reporting team for any issues faced during monthly reporting Continuously driving the efficiency in the submissions by leveraging automation to streamlining the reporting process Lead the identification of closing issues and work with the BU Mitigation of monthly closing issues Driving the sector and market based RCOE projects Qualifications The candidate will require the profile outlined in the following table: Normally Required Education & Experience Additional Preferred Education & Experience · Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) or ACCA · Minimum: 4-5 years of relevant accounting related experience. · Reporting experience: 2 years · Strong communication skills with excellent written and verbal English skills · Big Four experience highly preferred. · HFM & SAP knowledge
