**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **CNO Developer** to join our team in **San Antonio, TX** . This is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite and 3 days remote. **Responsibilities include but are not limited to:** + Serve as CNO SME and responsible for the development of front-end and back-end applications. + Implement common services such as enterprise identity, credential, and access management. + Implement modeling and communication capabilities that support integration, and inter-program synchronization. + Guide continual improvement of development process and supporting Agile execution. + Perform development of the conceptual and detailed design of UP applications in consideration to: + Deployment of commercial or open source software + Development of custom CNO software + System configuration modifications + Debugging and optimization + Collaborate with developers, system engineers, tester, operators, and customer program management to ensure quality product deliverable. + Work within a Scaled Agile Framework Team environment. + Work with stakeholders and customers to achieve a Certificate to Field (CtF) for software built by tenant application teams. + Design and prepare technical reports and related documentation such as charts and graphs to record and present results. + Explain complex issues to others in a manner that facilitates informed decision making. **Minimum Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience or High School Diploma with 8 years of experience + Experience with Agile and DevSecOps methodologies + Experience with technical requirements analysis, dependency resolution, risk management, task tracking, and schedule management + Experience interfacing with customer leadership, user community members, and teams of software developers + Experience with Jira, Confluence, and GitLab **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipeline implementations. + Experience with Authorization to Operate (ATO) and Certificate to Field (CtF) processes. + Experience with conflict resolution and team building. + Ability to professionally communicate verbally and in writing to present technical details to audiences of varying technical depth. + Certification in Scaled Agile execution. **Clearance Requirements:** + Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance **Physical Requirements:** + The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
