We are looking for a highly skilled CNC Turner to join our client's team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced machinist to work with a business that values craftsmanship, continuous improvement, and employee wellbeing.

Key ResponsibilitiesProgramming, Setting, and Operating CNC Turning MachinesWorking with Mazatrol, Siemens, and G-Code control systemsInterpreting and working from detailed engineering drawingsProducing components to tight tolerancesSetting tools with a clear understanding of cutting speeds and feedsPerforming boring, drilling, and threading operationsUsing precision measurement equipment (verniers, bore gauges, micrometers, etc.)Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environmentWhat we are looking forStrong communication and teamwork skillsSelf-motivated with a positive, proactive attitudeFlexible and able to prioritise workloadCommitment to continuous improvement and qualityExperience & QualificationsMinimum of 5 years' experience in CNC ProgrammingExperience with CAD/CAM is desirable but not essentialWorking HoursMonday to Thursday: 07:30 - 16:30Friday: 07:30 - 12:30If you're interested in the role and you think your experience matches the requirements, please click apply or contact Jodie Hodgson at Pertemps Birmingham
