**Job Description:** **Duties included:** + Sets up and operates automatic or semiautomatic machines and related equipment in a continuous production/processing operation. + Monitors meters, gauges, valves, flow ratios, temperatures, pressures, and related controls and guidelines to ensure adherence to production/process specifications. + Follows engineering drawings, work order information, Manufacturing Assembly Procedures, SOPs, and other written and verbal specifications in the manufacturing process. + Installs, modifies, moves, troubleshoots, repairs and dismantles machinery and equipment according to requisition established documentation (e.g., SOPs), layout plans, blueprints or other drawings. + Performs the set-up, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments and mechanical assemblies. + Assembles mechanical units, fabricated parts/components and/or electrical/electronic systems to make sub-assemblies, assemblies or complete units using hand tools, power tools, jigs, fixtures and miscellaneous equipment. + Includes Machine Operator, Process Operations, Product Assembly, and Production Technician roles. **Job Requirements:** **REQUIRED:** + GED or equivalent education; Bachelors degree in engineering, or related field is highly desired + 3+ years in a supervisor or management experience + 3+ years of CNC experience within the medical device, dental or equivalent field + Knowledge of GMP and GDP and capabilities to administer medical device and drug administration and ISO 9001 requirements + Candidate must reside within a commutable distance to Yorba Linda, CA. This is not a 'remote' opportunity. **PREFERRED SKILLS:** + Computer literacy and skills consistent with being able to manage CNC programs and to upload and download programs to machines. + Basic CNC programming knowledge. + Capable of organizing, planning and working with budgets, production schedules, training plans, equipment maintenance plans and all general administrative requirements (e.g. safety, hazardous materials, employee performance reviews). + Technical skills to produce a finished screw machine part beginning from a blueprint. + Ability to troubleshoot machines and production problems. \#LI-CY1 IND123 **Target Market Salary Range:** Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs.
