Responsibilities of the role: + Set and operate Sliding Head CNC machines using setup sheets and tooling to achieve precise tolerances. + Maintain tooling, replacing inserts and drills as needed, and recommending improvements where possible. + Inspect components to strict quality standards using appropriate measuring tools and record outputs accurately. + Follow work orders to ensure efficient, consistent production flow. + Keep safety and quality first, always working to EHS guidelines and supporting 5S and lean principles.
