For This Role, You Will Need: High School Diploma or GED Minimum of 2 years’ experience in set up, operation and programming of CNC Mill machines Able to use precision measuring instruments. Instruments should include but are not limited to calipers, ID and OD micrometers, depth gauges, indicators and scales Ability to read & Comprehend engineering drawings Understanding of writing and editing computerized numerical control programs milling and turning. Understanding of setting up and operating CNC machines with knowledge of cutting tool selection and application. Understanding of G&M Codes Understand blueprint reading skills and GD&T understanding. Basic math skills needed for CNC programming calculations Must be able to work with little or no supervision in a safe and efficient manner Experienced with proper PPE requirements/ selection and safe use of hand and light power tools Able to lift parts weighing in excess of 50 pounds (assistance when needed) and to work in a bending, standing, or squatting positions for long periods of time (excess of one hour) Legal authorization to work in the United States (sponsorship is not available for this position)
