Work Experience
Key Responsibilities:Set up and operate CNC routers to produce parts according to engineering drawings and specifications.Load materials onto machines and secure them properly.Input design files into the CNC machine software (e.g., G-code, DXF files).Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and consistency.Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot issues as they arise.Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality; make adjustments as needed.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Follow all safety procedures and company policies.Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding job progress and potential issues.
Qualifications:Proven experience as a CNC router operator or similar role.Caliper Measuring abilities requiredProficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.Familiarity with CNC software (e.g., VCarve, AutoCAD, Fusion 360, or similar).Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
