Ideal for a self-sufficient programmer familiar with SurfCAM and tight-tolerance machining. Responsibilities: Program and set up Haas VMCs using Fanuc controlsCreate and optimize CNC programs using SurfCAMRead and interpret blueprints and CAD drawingsMachine a variety of materials to precise specificationsTroubleshoot machining issues and maintain production efficiency Qualifications and Requirements: High school diploma or GED requiredMinimum of 3 years CNC programming and machining experienceProficiency with SurfCAM in a job shop or production environmentStrong blueprints reading and GD&T interpretationMust be able to pass pre-employment screening  Benefits and Perks: $27-$32/hr based on experienceMedical, Dental, and Vision insurance401k w/ company matchOpportunity for long-term employment Your New Organization:This Menomonee Falls-based precision machine shop specializes in producing high-tolerance parts using advanced Mazak equipment.
