Responsibilities + Create CNC programs for various machine parts/tools for multiple machine types, including CNC lathes and machining centers. + Develop part drawings to support the creation of CNC programs. + Test and troubleshoot CNC programs upon completion to ensure accuracy and efficiency. + Perform offline programming away from the machine, in the office/on the computer. + Collaborate with the engineering team to improve machine operations and program accuracy. Essential Skills + One year or more of experience in CNC machine programming, setup, and operation. + Knowledge of Haas Machinery and Fanuc Controls. + Strong familiarity with Mastercam X-Series software for offline programming. + Proficiency in Solidworks CAD software, specifically 2017 versions. + Understanding of drawing standards, including geometric tolerancing and surface finishes. + Familiarity with machining toolpaths, setups, and work holding.
