Our client, a leading precision manufacturing company, is seeking a CNC Process Specialist to join their team.
As a CNC Process Specialist, you will be part of the Advanced Manufacturing Department supporting Machining and Automation Teams.
The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, collaborative communication, and a passion for continuous improvement, which will align successfully in the organization.
Pay Range: $120,000 - $130,000K
What’s the Job? Develop, simulate, and optimize CNC machining processes using CAM software and G-code Lead DFM reviews and support setup/troubleshooting of multi-axis CNC equipment Collaborate with controls engineers to refine robotic cells and automation systems Mentor technicians and junior staff in machining process development Coordinate pilot runs, validate new equipment, and implement engineering changesWhat’s Needed? 5–7 years of CNC machining experience, including setup and programming Proficiency in CAM software, G-code, and machine simulation tools Strong knowledge of GD&T, blueprint reading, and CMM programming Proven ability to reduce scrap and improve productivity Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsWhat’s in it for me?
