As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining multiple CNC machines to produce precision parts and components, with a focus on hard- and micro-machining. You will utilize your expertise in CAMtool and MasterCAM to ensure the highest quality and efficiency in production. Key Responsibilities: + Set up and operate multiple CNC machines for hard- and micro machining applications + Use of CAMtool and MasterCAM software for programming + Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment + Inspect finished products to ensure they meet stringent quality standards + Train and mentor junior CNC operators in specialized machining techniques + Collaborate with engineering and coworker to optimize manufacturing processes + Maintain accurate records of production and maintenance activities + Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Qualifications: + Proven experience as a CNC operator, with a minimum of 5 years in hard- and/or micro-machining + Proficiency in CNC programming and operation, specifically using CAMtool and MasterCAM + Strong knowledge of hard- and micro machining techniques, strategies and processes + Ability to setup multiple workpieces at the same time to support unattended machining + Excellent knowledge of metric and imperial system + Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail + Background in tool manufacturing and/or tool making is beneficial Powered by JazzHR
