Responsibilities:
Programming:
Develop, write, and edit CNC programs (G-code) for 2, 3, 4, and/or 5-axis lathes and milling machines using CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360, SolidCAM, GibbsCAM).
Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and 3D models to determine machining operations, tool selection, and cutting parameters.
Optimize programs for efficiency, tool life, and surface finish.
Setup:
Set up CNC machines, including loading tools, fixtures, and workpieces.
Perform machine offsets, tool length compensation, and work coordinate setting.
Conduct first-piece inspections and make necessary adjustments.
Operation:
Operate CNC lathes and milling machines to produce precision parts.
Monitor machine operation for proper function, making adjustments as needed.
Perform in-process inspections using various metrology tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges, CMM).
Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues.
Maintenance & Quality:
Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Adhere to all safety protocols and quality control standards.
Document production activities and quality checks.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other production personnel to optimize processes and solve problems.
Provide feedback for design improvements and manufacturability.

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Skills:
Experience with 5-axis machining.
Knowledge of CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Inventor).
Experience with lean manufacturing principles.
Certifications in CNC machining or programming.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a CNC Programmer Operator for both lathes and mills in a metal fabrication environment.
Proven experience with [mention specific CAM software, e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360].

Experience with various machine controls (e.g., Fanuc, Haas, Okuma, Siemens).
Skills:
