**Job Title: CNC Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator who will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines, including mills and lathes, to produce parts according to blueprints and specifications. The role requires performing machine adjustments, tool changes, and offsets as needed, and inspecting finished products using precision measuring tools. You will monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety procedures and company policies. **Responsibilities** + Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts per blueprints and specifications. + Perform machine adjustments, tool changes, and offsets as needed. + Inspect finished products using precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges. + Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation. + Maintain a clean and organized work area. + Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times. + Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals. + Document production data and quality checks accurately. **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of CNC operation experience. + 2+ years of experience with micrometers, calipers, and gauges. + 2+ years of experience reading and interpreting blueprints. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. + Familiarity with CNC controls such as Fanuc, Haas, and Mazak. + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Good communication and teamwork skills. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. **Why Work Here?** Join a team where the average tenure is about 13 years, offering stability and a supportive work environment that values collaboration and quality. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $27.00/hr.
