Job Description

Operate and program CNC mills (e.g., Mazak, Haas) to produce precision parts per specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Set up machines, run test cycles, and fine-tune G&M code programsRead blueprints and use precision tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)Perform routine machine maintenance and adhere to SOPsSafely operate hand/power tools, forklifts, and cranesLog production data and support continuous improvement


Work Experience

Essential Qualifications

HS diploma/GED and ≥2 years machining experience Proficient in CNC programming (G&M code), and blueprint/CAD reading Accurate with precision tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)Mechanical aptitude with math skills for measurements and settingsAble to lift 50 lb+, and stand/bend/squat for hours

Preferred Skills

Strong attention to detail, troubleshooting, and communicationForklift experienceAdaptable and eager for continuous learning
