The role

As a CNC Miller/Turner at GKN Aerospace, you’ll work with cutting-edge technology to produce complex, high-precision components for aircraft landing gear systems. You’ll join a team that supports both commercial and defence programs – contributing to global safety and performance with every part you deliver.

Your mission? Making precision personal. Delivering quality without compromise. And making the future safer, one micron at a time.

What you’ll do

Operate and set up CNC milling or turning machines (Heidenhain.

Read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions

Monitor machining processes and make adjustments where needed

Perform first-line quality checks with precision measuring tools

Contribute to continuous improvement and 5S initiatives

Work in shifts depending on site needs (optional to specify 2- or 3-shift system)

What you bring

MBO Level 2/3 (or equivalent) in machining, manufacturing or a technical field

Experience with CNC machines (milling or turning)

Strong attention to detail and quality standards

Willingness to learn and grow in a high-tech environment

Team player attitude and strong work ethic

Basic understanding of English (reading technical documentation)
