Skilled CNC Miller/Programmer

Pay: £16.00 per hour
Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 6:45 AM – 4:00 PM (30-minute lunch break)
Friday: 6:45 AM – 11:45 AM

We are looking for a Skilled CNC Miller/Programmer to join one of our established clients in Coventry. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated individual with a strong background in precision engineering and CNC machining.

Key Responsibilities:Programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machinesOffline programming essential – OneCNC experience preferred (training can be provided)Working primarily on one-off precision componentsConfidently reading and interpreting technical drawingsInspecting own work using a range of measuring tools (bore mics, micrometers, depth gauges, etc.)Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detailMeeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environmentWorking predominantly with HAAS machinesEnsuring full compliance with Health & Safety procedures
What We’re Looking For:Skilled and experienced in CNC milling (programming, setting & operating)Proficient with inspection equipment and quality controlStrong understanding of engineering drawings and tolerancesAbility to work independently and take initiative
