This is a direct hire role offering a stable four-day workweek, competitive pay, and a comprehensive benefits package. **Position Summary:** As a CNC Milling Machine Setup Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC milling machines to produce high-precision parts. **Strong milling experience is required.** The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of G and M code, experience with tight tolerances, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities:** + Set up and operate CNC milling machines to meet production specs + Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders + Input or adjust G and M code programs as necessary + Use precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to inspect parts + Perform tool changes and make offsets as needed + Monitor part quality and machine performance throughout the run + Maintain accurate production and inspection records + Follow all safety and quality standards + Perform minor machine maintenance and cleaning **Required Qualifications:** + High school diploma or GED required + Minimum 2 years of **CNC milling machine setup and operation experience** + Strong blueprint reading and mechanical skills + Familiarity with G and M code programming + Proficiency with measurement tools and quality inspection + Ability to work independently and meet production goals **Physical Requirements:** + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs + Stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift + Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, machinery, and dust **Work Authorization & Compliance:** + Must be legally authorized to work in the United States + Company is subject to U.S. government contract regulations; compliance with IRCA and E-Verify required **Equal Opportunity Employer:** Adecco is proud to partner with an employer that is committed to equal opportunity.
