Direct Hire opportunity with career growth and stability Job Description:We are seeking a skilled 1st Shift Maintenance Technician to join our team in Solon, OH. The successful candidate will be responsible for the repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CNC machinery and manual equipment, including mills, lathes, Swiss machines, and grinders. This role supports the aerospace and flight safety sectors, with a focus on high-precision manufacturing.
