Seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to set up and operate high-precision CNC equipment, ensuring production efficiency and quality compliance.
Job Requirements
High school diploma or GED; trade school or apprenticeship preferred
Minimum 5 years of CNC setup experience with manual machining background
Proficiency in reading blueprints and interpreting GD&T
Familiarity with Fanuc and Haas controls
Experience with Malta 3000, HOS X4, Haas ST-25Y, or similar CNC machines
Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude
Preferred Skills
Experience in multi-axis programming and live tooling
Proficiency in using precision instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and CMM
Job Responsibilities
Set up tooling, fixtures, and programs on multiple CNC machines
Perform first-piece inspections and adjust offsets to maintain tight tolerances
Operate machines to meet production schedules while ensuring quality standards
Use precision measurement tools to verify parts meet specifications
Conduct basic machine maintenance and keep work area safe and organized
Pay Details: $29.00 to $39.00 per hour
