Johnson Service Group (JSG) is recruiting for an experienced, CNC Machinist, for a leading Robotics Company in the Clinton area. This will start out as a 6-month contract position with the intent to convert to permanent employment.  

U.S. Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities:
Operate machine tools such as lathes, mills, and grinders that are controlled by a computer to produce precision metal or plastic parts. Set up machines, write and test programs, and make adjustments as needed. Some assembly work required.

Education / Experience:
High School diploma or associate degree required. 2- 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing/machine shop environment. Haas 5-Axis CNC experience required. Experience programming toolpaths in Fusion 360 required. Experience with manual lathe and vertical mill preferred Familiarity with 5S standards and ISO 9001. Ability to interpret and work to detailed drawings and assembly work instructions. Ability to read blueprint diagram schematics.
