Our client, a leader in the industrial sector, is seeking a CNC Machinist - Machine Operator to join their team. As a CNC Machinist, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have problem-solving skills, a strong desire to learn, and the ability to plan and organize tasks effectively, which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: CNC Machinist - Machine Operator

Location: Dallas, TX

Pay Rate: $23.58

Shift: M-F 6AM-2:30PM

What's the Job?

Operate CNC machines and adjust CNC offsets as needed. Read blueprints or job orders for product specifications. Load and unload products in fixtures and start machines for automatic cycles. Perform critical gauging and inspection of produced work to ensure quality. Conduct hourly checks including safety, quality, and production metrics.

What's Needed?

High School Diploma or GED equivalent. At least 1 year of related experience operating machines in a manufacturing environment. Mathematical aptitude to perform calculations in various units of measure. Computer proficiency, including the use of Microsoft Office. Ability to follow detailed instructions, both written and oral.
