Job Title: CNC Machinist Location: Blairsville, PA Type: Direct Hire Compensation: Contractor Work Model: Onsite Hours: 1st Shift OBJECTIVE Operate CNC machines to produce components to specifications. Set up machine cells, program CNC equipment, and develop standard operating procedures. RESPONSIBILITIES + Set-up CNC lathes and mills, including program file management, chuck setup, tool holders, tooling, fixtures and tooling offset adjustments + Adjust tool position, functions, settings, feed and speed rates + Write and modify CNC programs using Mastercam software + Inventory and procure tooling components and fixtures + Develop written procedures + Perform basic machine maintenance and repairs + Operate hand and power tools + Operate forklift and crane hoist + Complete work orders and associated reports + Check and measure components with measuring instruments + Fill out nonconformance material reports (NMCR) + Maintain work area REQUIREMENTS + High school diploma/GED + 5-10 years CNC Lathes, Mills machining experience + Preferred- experience programming CNC machines using Mastercam software System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
