What You'll Do as a CNC Machinist:

Set up and operate CNC machinery to produce high-quality metal componentsFollow job specifications and verbal/written instructions from supervisorsTroubleshoot equipment and perform basic adjustments as neededKeep your work area clean and organized, promoting a safe environmentWork both independently and as part of a close-knit team to meet production goalsReport any safety or equipment concerns promptly

Work Experience

What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:

Minimum 2 years of CNC machine operating experience Strong commitment to workplace safetyAbility to read and interpret work orders and basic blueprintsPhysically capable of lifting 10–20 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionallyComfortable standing/walking for 10-hour shifts in a manufacturing settingFlexible with scheduling, including overtime and some weekendsHigh school diploma or GED preferred—equivalent experience acceptedStrong math and communication skillsA positive, team-player mindset focused on quality and continuous improvement
