Requirements Shift Details + Schedule:Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (or similar) + Work-Life Balance:Enjoy your evenings and weekends + Pay:Competitive, based on experience What You’ll Do + Own the Floor:Set up, program, and operate Haas vertical/horizontal machining centers and turning centers + Program with Precision:Use G&M code and Mastercam to bring complex parts to life + Create with Confidence:Select tooling, develop processes, and hold tolerances to ±0.005" + Inspect Like a Pro:Perform quality checks and document results with accuracy + Collaborate & Innovate:Work with engineers and teammates to improve processes and solve challenges + Stay Sharp:Keep your workspace clean, organized, and always safety-first What You Bring + 2–3 years of CNC machining experience (Haas preferred) + Strong G&M code programming skills + CAM experience (Mastercam preferred) + Ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&T + Knowledge of tooling, feeds, and speeds for various materials + Solid inspection and measurement skills Education & Requirements + High school diploma or GED required + Journeyman or 2-year technical degree preferred + Strong math skills (geometry, trigonometry) + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks Why You’ll Love It Here + Work with a skilled, supportive team + Tackle exciting, high-impact projects + Access to professional development and training + A culture that values safety, quality, and innovation Work Environment You’ll work in a dynamic shop environment with CNC machines, forklifts, overhead cranes, and the occasional outdoor project.
