Our client, a leader in precision manufacturing, is seeking a CNC Machine Operator to join their team. As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be part of the production team supporting vital operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and a team-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CNC Machine Operator

Location: Valparaiso, IN

Pay Range: $23 - $35

Shift: Afternoon (3PM–11PM) or Midnight (11PM–7AM)

What's the Job?

Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts that meet specifications. Read and interpret blueprints to determine tooling and machining requirements. Use precision instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to inspect parts. Load/unload materials and operate bar feeders. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

What's Needed?

Working knowledge of CNC controls and safety procedures (OSHA). Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Basic math skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
