Job Description

Ōnin Staffing is looking for skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operators to join a fast-growing manufacturing team. In this role, you’ll operate CNC equipment to produce precision parts and components, ensuring high-quality standards are met in every job.

Key Responsibilities:Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines (lathes, mills, or routers)Read and interpret technical blueprints, work orders, and specificationsLoad raw materials and tools into machinesPerform routine quality checks using micrometers, calipers, and gaugesMake machine adjustments as needed to maintain accuracy and efficiencyMaintain clean and organized workspacesFollow all safety procedures and company protocolsDocument production and inspection results accuratelyCommunicate with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth workflow


Work Experience
Requirements:1+ year of CNC machine operation experience preferredAbility to read blueprints and use precision measuring instrumentsStrong mechanical aptitude and attention to detailAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periodsBasic computer skills and good communicationHigh school diploma or GED requiredTechnical training or certification a plus
