Aerotek is hiring CNC operators and machinists to join our 2nd shift operations! Setup experience is required. **Job Description:** + Set up and operate CNC machinery, including Makino and Mazak lathes. + Read and interpret blueprints to determine machine set-ups. + Perform tool changes and offsets as required. + Conduct quality inspections using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools with tight tolerances of +/- 0.5. + Perform preventative maintenance on machinery. **Must Have Skills:** + CNC machining experience + Tool change and/or offset experience + Computer knowledge **Shift Schedule:** + 2nd shift hours are 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM, Monday through Thursday - Four Day Work Weeks! + Optional overtime on Fridays **Additional Benefits:** + 401k match up to 5% + 12 paid holidays + 3 weeks PTO + Clean and climate controlled environment We are a growing, fast-paced, and inclusive environment.
